Individual is seeking other persons who would be interested in partnering (LLC) with him in creating a large fund
(millions) to purchase and operate large farm/ranch properties.
He will be putting up $100,000 to $200,000 this fall and will be free to start visiting properties.
This is only a preliminary survey to see how many others would be able to put up those amounts or more.
If there is enough interest, properties will be researched to determine what returns can be expected.
These will be longer term investments in income producing properties.
